Job title: Auditor

Job description:

- Audit internal company, identify potential areas, propose processes, guidance and plans to improve business operation and enhance finance sphere effectively.
- Set up as well as strengthen the systems of internal management and financial statements. Quarterly perform the auditing planning, supervision and programs to upgrade the process of internal management and business risks.
- Analyze enterprise finance as well as real estate lists.
- Make the report of finance and administration to evaluate the effect of company.
- Participate in different projects to analyze the effect of project finance.
- Prepare audited financial statements in accordance with Vietnam government auditing standards.

Job requirement:

- Finance/accounting university degree.
- Working experience in companies, organization relating to construction as well as real estate projects.
- Background of Vietnam auditing standards and knowledge of construction, investment and real estate contracts.
- Skill at the management of work, information and well- kept documents.
- A minimum two-year experience in accountant or auditor of projects.

2. Job Title: Economic Lawyer

Job description:

-  Study, update and propose timely suitable legal consultancy about the projects of real estate, financial investment, mergers and acquisition deals.
-  Draft the contracts relating to investment, construction, real estate investment, mergers and acquisitions.
- Draw up legal documents as requirement.
- Be able to work with appropriate authorities to solve legal matters.
- Consult with the management board of company and concerned departments about legal matters.

Job requirement:

- Law university degree in economic law specialization.
- A minimum two –year experience in consulting legal matters, drawing up documents, contracts of real estate, transfer and investment projects.
- Individual working under pressure.
- Ability of analyzing and evaluating investment projects.
- Good knowledge of regulations, articles of business and economics, specially, investment and real estate.

3. Job title: Building engineer

Job description:  will be discussed in the interview

Job requirement:

- At least Bachelor degree in construction.
- A minimum two-year experience in construction consultancy, development of the contracting strategy, project scope, schedules, approval requirements, project budgets, quality and change controls, design output, design budgets, and performance management of the architectural and engineering vendor.
- Individual working under pressure.
