According to Mr. Phan Xuan Can- the General Director of Vietnam Financial Investment Joint-Stock Company (TigerInvest), Mergers and acquisitions has been known by Vietnam enterprises and may enterprises has carried out M&A to expand their sizes and diversify their products effectively. Although a large number of deals were not “noisy”, they brought a great value to enterprises. Vietnam Investment Review had an interview with Mr. Can about matters of the recent M&A market.
